We prefer text over phone calls (we find it easier to respond to since we are usually busy with patients during the day).
Update for 2023: I have moved my office space. I am currently using office space inside Core Recovery: 34225 N 27th Dr, Suite #146, Building 5, Phoenix, AZ 85085. It is behind Mountainside Fitness, south of Carefree Hwy, on the east side of 27th Dr. Please look at the “contact us” page to see a google map of where the building is located!
